How does a Christmas Lunch along the West Coast sound?

Geelbek Restaurant stimulates all five senses when it comes to plating up West Coast and South African cuisine. The restaurant is situated on the lagoon in the Geelbek main house, which is in turn nestled in the West Coast National Park. This Cape Dutch building is a National Monument and was renovated three times since it was first built in 1744.

Starters: Pickled Fish | Pickle tongue with sweet mustard sauce | Greek Salad | Chicken Liver Pâté with Bramley Apple Jelly served with Melba toast

Mains: Deboned citrus leg of lamb served with a demi-glaze sauce | Gammon with honey, sage and apple sauce | Roasted stuffed chicken served cranberry sauce | Roasted seasonal vegetables | Rosemary potatoes | Savoury rice | Broccoli and cauliflower bake

Dessert: Traditional Trifle | X-mas pudding with custard and cream | Chocolate tart served with cream
