Dinner and a show

Treat your special someone to a sultry three course meal while Cape Town’s finest jazz musicians set the tone in Trinity’s main Funktion room.

Doors open at 7pm with a glass of welcome bubbly. The Gavin Minter quartet will be playing live from 8pm – 11pm.

Valentines Menu
Starters

• Poached pear and blue cheese salad with caramelised cashews and red wine reduction
• Duck liver parfait with berry compote and parmesan crostini
• Sushi

Mains

• Sushi
• Crown of chicken deboned with mushroom and thyme mousse served with vanilla bean risotto accompanied by sautéed trumpet mushrooms and port jus
• king crab risotto

King crab, white wine, garlic & parsley accompanied with a tempura oyster

• Trinity burger

Truffle infused cheddar burger with grilled porcini mushrooms, roasted tomato jam, battered onion rings and herb mayo with crispy Asian fries.

Dessert

• Vanilla and rose creme brulee

with fresh berries and orange scented biscotti

• Chocolate temptation

Oozing chocolate middle served with our addiction ice-cream
