Do this by joining the Personal Recharge session at the Electrum in Zonnebloem on Saturday, 30 December 2017. Give those batteries a much-needed recharge at this day of mindfulness designed to get you sparkly fresh for the New Year.

This six-hour event is a must-attend for anybody looking to refresh, recharge and go into the New Year relaxed and with a fresh perspective. The initiative of Aveleigh Gateman of Nametag and Erin Henshaw from the Mind Body Project, both experienced in mindfulness, leadership and employee inspiration, they know exactly how to create a day of bliss, peace and quiet.

The day will start off with a yoga and meditation session, which will run until lunch. The price of your ticket includes a catered lunch, which is sure to be delicious and wholesome.

After lunch attendees will be guided in the exploration of the Science of Mindfulness, which is all about setting intentions and deep relaxation.

Sounds like the ultimate me-day, doesn’t it? Go on, YOU deserve it. Be sure to dress comfortably as you will be moving quite a lot during the day. And not to worry, you don’t need any yoga experience to take part, or to enjoy, this day.
