Why should there only be one wonderfully Irish Day to celebrate St. Patricks Day in Cape Town? Be at Quay Four for their St Paddy’s Festival from 12 March until 5 April. There will be live Irish Bands, great prizes and their new ‘Roll The Dice Friday’s’ will be happening during the St Paddy’s Festival.
Saint Patrick's Day is a yearly holiday celebrated on 17 March. It is named after Saint Patrick who is the most commonly recognized of the patron saints of Ireland. It began as a purely Christian holiday and became an official feast day in the early 1600s.
However, it has gradually become more of a secular celebration of Ireland's culture and is celebrated all over the world.
St. Patrick's Day in Cape Town lasts a month at Quay Four. Read more about Roll The Dice Friday’s at Quay Four.
