Keeping the kiddies entertained and active can be a really difficult task. Parents everywhere will be delighted to know that Unraveled Yoga is running a kids yoga class on Saturday, 26 August 2017. Give your little ones a taste of the global relaxation/fitness obsession!

The ancient art of yoga is said to have originated in India and has, in recent years, swept the globe to become a beloved fitness practice. Yoga rests on the discipline of breathing, meditating and stretching, which is said to improve both mental and physical health.

Unraveled Yoga is an inner city yoga studio located on Bree Street. Their studio is a fun, vibrant and the perfect  environment to get started on. Their instructors are friendly and have plenty of experience, making them the best people to teach your little ones the foundation skills they need to fall in love with yoga!

The Yoga for Kids class was designed especially to fit in with the standing Saturday 9am class. Mums and dads can bring their little ones along to the studio and drop them off at the kiddies yoga session. These classes are best suited for children aged between four and ten years old. The kids will learn the basics of yoga, all the while being under the expert guidance of some yoga-pros. These classes will also help with developing a sense of self-awareness, inner calm and mental focus; skills they can use in other areas of their lives.
