Pan seared scallop topped with bacon and chorizo salsa served on a cauliflower pure with smoke salmon and horse radish cream

Mains
Beef rib eye topped with warm baby spinach, bacon and feta salad served with glazed baby carrots, beetroor pure and truffle jus.

Dessert
Frozen chocolate log served with deconstructed strawberry cappuccino, vanilla cream and caramelized pistachio nuts.
