There aren’t many things more exhilarating than a fight night; seeing two trained athletes square-up inside the ring in a pure display of performance and power. Watch as the biggest players in the local financial service industry go toe-to-toe at the sixth annual Financial Services Fight Night, hosted by The Armoury Boxing Club and the Cape Quarter. This fundraising event will bring a series of men’s and women’s bouts to the eager spectators on Thursday, 23 February 2017.
The proceeds from the evening will be donated to Partners for Possibility – a co-action, co-learning partnership between school principals and business leaders. This charity event is a highlight on the Capetonian boxing calendar. From the original 75 brave contenders who agreed to step into the ring, 40 men and women have endured the rigorous training schedule at The Armoury Boxing Club and are now fighting fit.
Each boxer will be represented by their company, from Allan Gray and Investec Asset Management to Old Mutual and Standard Bank; all-in-all a total of 23 financial service providers and corporate heavyweights have decided to back their favourite boxers in the name of charity. This is guaranteed to be a night of friendly rivalry and hard-hitting action, so grab your tickets and show your support for the sport.
TICKETS TO THE 2017 FINANCIAL SERVICES FIGHT NIGHT AT CAPE QUARTER
